We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive to own search performance for a portfolio of client accounts and to lead a small team of SEO executives. You will work from our CBD Belapur office alongside strategists, content writers, designers and developers, so the technical fixes you recommend actually get built.
What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive website SEO audits and turn them into prioritised action plans.
- Perform competitor research, analysis and benchmarking.
- Carry out keyword research, strategy planning and keyword mapping.
- Optimise website content for search visibility and for citation by AI answer engines.
- Execute both on-page and off-page SEO activity.
- Manage and guide two to three SEO executives, reviewing their work and unblocking them.
- Run SEO campaigns for five to six client accounts at once, reporting monthly against agreed KPIs.
- Work confidently with industry-standard SEO tooling.
What we are looking for
- Minimum two years of hands-on SEO or digital marketing experience; two to four years preferred.
- Working knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO technique.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to research independently and think analytically.
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving instincts.
- Bachelor’s degree, with Computer Science, IT or Mass Media preferred.
