Webtales IT Solutions is hiring a talented and motivated Jr. React.js Developer in Navi Mumbai to join our frontend development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and UI development, with the ability to build responsive and high-performance web applications.
What you will do
- Develop modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js
- Design and implement responsive user interface components using React.js
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable frontend code
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality interfaces
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and development teams
- Implement frontend architecture and interactive web-based features
- Optimize web applications for speed, performance, scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Review application requirements and technical specifications
- Identify, troubleshoot, and debug frontend issues
- Monitor and improve frontend performance and code efficiency
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and project teams
- Support continuous improvement of frontend systems
- Maintain proper documentation for codebases and components
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a React.js Developer or Frontend Developer
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with React.js tools such as Redux, Flux, Webpack, or Enzyme
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive web development
- Knowledge of progressive web applications (PWA) concepts (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
