Manager – Client Coordination & Project Management

Webtales IT Solutions is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Client Coordination in Navi Mumbai with strong expertise in Website Development and IT Project Management. This role requires a professional who can effectively serve as a bridge between clients and the technology team, ensuring smooth communication, strategic planning, and timely project delivery.

What you will do

• Act as primary liaison between clients and technology team
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Coordinate with development teams for website and SaaS projects
• Take detailed project briefs and understand client objectives
• Develop project documentation including proposals and PRDs
• Define scope, deliverables, and technical requirements
• Manage project strategy, planning, execution, and delivery
• Create and manage project timelines and milestones
• Conduct regular client meetings and status updates
• Monitor progress and identify risks proactively
• Ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Oversee user management and project coordination
• Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution
• Maintain project documentation and compliance
• Support quality assurance and process improvements

What we are looking for

• Graduate (BE in Computer Science / IT preferred); MBA advantageous
• Minimum 3+ years in Client Coordination or IT Project Management
• Strong understanding of Web Development, SaaS platforms, Web Products
• Experience managing digital or technology-driven projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
• Good stakeholder management and client relationship skills
• Business Analytics Professional Certification (added advantage)
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
