We are looking for an experienced and passionate Shopify Developer in Navi Mumbai to join our growing digital team at Webtales IT Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Shopify development, eCommerce website development, custom theme creation, and Shopify store optimization. This role is ideal for professionals who are skilled in Shopify theme development, front-end technologies, performance optimization, and SEO implementation, and who can manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
What you will do
- Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance Shopify eCommerce websites for clients across multiple industries.
- Design and build custom Shopify themes with clean, optimized, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Convert PSD, Figma, and other design layouts into pixel-perfect, responsive Shopify templates using HTML5, CSS3, Liquid, and JavaScript.
- Create responsive, mobile-first, and user-friendly eCommerce experiences focused on performance and conversion optimization.
- Integrate third-party Shopify apps, plugins, APIs, and platform-supported tools to enhance website functionality.
- Configure and manage Shopify store settings including payment gateways, shipping methods, taxes, and checkout processes.
- Optimize Shopify stores for page speed, technical SEO, performance, and overall user experience following best practices.
- Implement technical SEO improvements within Shopify websites to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
- Debug technical issues, troubleshoot functionality problems, and ensure smooth store operations and website stability.
- Write, optimize, and debug JavaScript functionalities for Shopify themes, custom features, and interactive elements.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Manage multiple Shopify development projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality coding standards and timely delivery.
- Provide ongoing website support, maintenance, updates, and performance enhancements for Shopify stores.
- Deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality eCommerce solutions with efficient and optimized code architecture.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Minimum Graduate).
- 3–6 years of experience in Shopify development or eCommerce development.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify platform with experience in multiple large-scale projects.
- Expertise in Shopify custom theme development and Liquid templating.
- Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Experience with Shopify debugging, performance optimization, and app integrations.
- Understanding of Shopify SEO implementation and website speed optimization.
- Shopify Certification (preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
